We all need guides.

Maybe your relationship is strained. Maybe you have recently experienced a loss. Or maybe you are experiencing a big transition. Whatever it is, you need safety to tell your story, and trust to develop insights towards your goals.

I have supported individuals, couples and families for 25 years through conflict, grief and difficult circumstances. I began my career with society’s most vulnerable communities: Toronto’s homeless, women experiencing violence, and men struggling with anger. I am trained and well practiced in trauma-informed therapy, as well as practiced at suspending judgement and supporting people in complicated situations.

For the past 10 years I have been a Clinician at Family Services of Peel serving a variety of clients including seniors, families and individuals with a range of issues. I offer narrative, grief, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to support clients towards their goals.

I offer service in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu and Urdu.

Courage starts with showing up and letting ourselves be seen.
